I am not sure how it works. Is this just way of tranferring data and then I would have to install windows and all the application or does this do it all?

The reason I am asking this ? is that there is a customer review that states " This system will only work if you are cloning to a drive which is the same size" I am replacing my 60GB HDD with a 120GB HDD or larger. Will I be able to use this to do accomplish the transfer
