No! Do not mistake these for a xbox 360 headset. These are just for computers. Somehow you could hook it up to the xbox controller, yet it would take some computer gizmos that I didn't even know existed.Q:

I don't personally use skype but, assuming you use the standard 3.5mm mic input jack on the laptop it will work with that.
