i want to know if i can use this phone outside u.s.a since i keep traveling overseas for long and use the networks available there. this says it is unlocked so i suppose it works anywhere or not.

You are correct. Since it is unlocked you can connect to networks anywhere, provided you subscribe with the Local Service Provider.
I am wondering about the return policy. also, how long the manufacturing warranty is? What color is the phone? Plum? or Black?
