Where did you find the installation guide

I checked NetGears web site and am not seeing an option even when I search. Also the info that came with my product said I could download software. I am not seeing an option for that either

Yes, I did get it to work with Vista ultimate 32 bit. You have to get version 2 of the software though. See netgears site.
