Customer review mentioned that it works well with Media Center in Vista Ultimate. Will software work with Vista Premium version?

I'm am curious as to whether this product's drivers will opperate on a windows 2003 server box? Some software will give a warning and contenue with the install, others will give warning and not let you contenue.
