Everything you need! Wall charger, car charger, suction cup mount (very nice - it swivels & turns in all directions so no matter where you mount it you can adjust it), an "adhesive disc" that you can mount to your dash to attach the suction cup mount to (I just use the windshield), software (not sure for what because you dont need it for normal use! Just turn it on answer a few questions and its working! I think the disc has the owner's manual on it), and a USB cable (again - not sure what its for as you certainly dont need it for regular use - updates maybe??)
