I can answer my own question since I bought the FC300 from Buy.com. It's 12.75 in (width) X 12.25 in (depth) and you are limited to 6.25 in high says the Care Book, page 7, (with the rack installed). The fc350 & fc360 are the same as the fc300 but include a removable rotisserie rod. It's basically just a fancy toaster oven with a fancy marketing campaign/firm. It doesn't heat up the kitchen, but the oven top is too hot to touch just like classical toaster ovens. FORBIDDEN are airtight cans/pouches, plastic, oven bags, paperboard covers, any cover that isn't foil, silicone bakeware, all FORBIDDEN.
