If the incomming water is used to run a rewind motor, where does the discharge water go? How much water is used to rewind a 100 foot hose?

or just the reel? it is shown with hose is that as it is sold?

My Hose reel has 2 wheels on the back and it is still cumbersome to move around. I do not see any wheels on this one and I need to move it around???
