90 days. HP does not stand by their products, I purchased a refurb that has a widely known defective cooling fan and reported problems on multiple occasions through HP online chat. They kept giving me run arounds and try this - try thats, until finally nothing worked. Come to find out, the warranty was then past due and they would do nothing to fix the problem. When I looked on their support web pages, it shows this is a widely known defect.
